Repayment Refund Policy

Refund of a loan repayment that was made via acceptance of a valid card is subject to the discretion of the company and terms and conditions of the promissory note.  For information on refund of overpayment or disputed repayment please contact our support service at [email protected].   All refunds are subject to discretion of the company and will be processed within 5-10 business days.
